For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, without love for what is good, traitors, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to the form of godliness but denying its power. Avoid these people. 2 Timothy 3:2-5
Dear Heavenly Father,
Unfortunately, this describes America today. On Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok and the news we see this day by day. We have failed to preserve our heritage of discipleship at every turn. Those of us who believe so often turn away from engaging with those who have fallen into this pit of misery. Forgive us Lord. Give us hearts that will break for the lost, hands that will reach out to help them, time to make sure the gospel they hear is being planted in fertile soil, prayers to help them overcome the power of the enemy. Give us leaders O Lord who demonstrate goodness, kindness, charity, and justice and who are not conceited in any way. Help us teach our children obedience so that they will be able to be obedient to you. Change us, Lord. Change our society in every way so that we turn away from this ungodliness. Help us, we beg you.

Dear Heavenly Father,
The American people have been robbed of our inheritance. We have been forced to pay oppressive taxes only for our money to support evil causes hidden in the dark of night that no one knows. We have been forced to support programs and causes that stand in direct opposition to the truth of Scripture while the thieves steal from us day by day. Father God, in the name of Jesus, we pray that you will issue a divine cease and desist order and that these demons shall never be allowed to steal from Your people again. May it be so, Lord. May it be so. May our lukewarm hearts be set on fire again for your Kingdom Lord and may You bless us abundantly with everything we need plus the overflow for Your kingdom work. When blessings come, may we jot forget You O Lord, but see and acknowledge that everything comes from Your hand for Your purpose. Build a City if Light among us Lord. We ask humbly in Jesus’s name.

Ephesians 3:16: "I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being"
Dear Heavenly Father,
We cannot fathom the burden that our leaders must carry when their hearts are try turned toward the people. They see people needing jobs, and housing, and medicine, and education on a scale we cannot comprehend. Lord- we pray for our President and all of those in positions of power today. May their hearts truly be for the people. May nothing selfish or conceited be found in them as they exercise their authority to make a difference in our world. Father we plead the words from Ephesians over them today- strengthen our leaders O Lord with power in their inner being through Your Spirit. Give them the strength to victoriously overcome and defeat the enemy in all things and in all ways to help and uplift Your people. O Father- we need You to reach down your hand from Heaven and hold our leaders by the hand and guide them through the darkest nights. Help them bring Your people to safety, peace, and to a place where we can prosper Lord. Silence the opposition of those whose minds are darkened and who know not what evil they advocate for. Turn our hearts toward Truth. Hear our prayer today, O Lord.

Dear Heavenly Father,
The answers to the problems our nation and our world are facing are not easily comprehended by human minds and hearts. Our selfishness and our sin always get in the way. But we lift our eyes to You. You know the way. You are the way - the way, the truth, and the life. Send help, Lord. You are the maker of heaven and earth, You know what every creature and environment needs to sustain life and make it thrive. Show us Lord. Show us what we need to help our nation and the nations surrounding us need. We know most of all we need You. Open our minds to solutions to challenges that we have not thought of before. Let there be a breakthrough and an awakening of a new and better way to live together on Your earth. Show us, Lord. Show us the WAY!

Acts 18:9-10 - And the Lord said to Paul one night in a vision, "Do not be afraid, but go on speaking and do not be silent, for I am with you, and no one will attack you to harm you, for I have many in this city who are my people."
Dear Heavenly Father,
There are so many prayers contained in this verse. First of all, Father, our nation is in great and dire need of spiritual revival everywhere. We have been taught to keep to ourselves and mind our own business and not to shout the gospel of Jesus Christ from the mountaintops in fear because it might offend someone in our politically correct world. Oh may it not be so, Lord. May we never be too timid or too shy to tell about Jesus. Give the believers courage and strength of spirit to speak truth in a world that only wants to hear lies. Let us not be silent. Holy Spirit - come and fill us with your presence so that what you have to say spills forth from us day and night regardless of our fear. Protect us Lord as we become bold witnesses who help to usher in an awakening across our land. Father God, let it be said of the United States of America- that you have many here who are your people. Father, open the eyes of the blind, let the deaf hear, let the truth march forth, let the gospel reign pre-eminent in every community, every state, and all across our land. Let us champion the gospel everywhere. Let America be known as a beacon of Christian hope and opportunity. In Jesus's name we pray.

Deuteronomy 8:18 - You shall remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may confirm his covenant that he swore to your fathers, as it is this day.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Today it seems that our economy is in shambles. Inflation is high, everything seems fake, interest rates have everyone locked in place and unable to pursue the dreams you have put on their hearts. O Lord, we cry out in desperation for you to intervene in this situation. Father God, we know you provide, but we are begging you to give us Kingdom authority over economic things and the ability to thrive. Father, the government has tried to take the place of the church in regard to humanitarian aid, and they have oppressed us with unreasonable tax burdens under the guise of help, but the truth is Lord, they are not doing your work. Father God, the poor among us need not only their daily bread and physical sustenance, but they need to hear the gospel. When the government steps in and provides welfare, it eliminates the church's opportunity to be the hands, feet, and light of Jesus and that seems to be their purpose Lord- because the wicked workers of the enemy in power want those living in a cloud of darkness to think that the government can be their savior, but we know there is only ONE who SAVES! Lord- we beg you- give us back our money and let us do the Kingdom work! Forgive us in all the ways we have neglected our duties, Lord. Reconcile us to this mission Lord and let us prosper so that we may have an overflow to be used to repair and heal the world. Let Your will be done here on earth as it is in heaven.
